Apparently they let you grow taller then a Bellkitty. (Which is not hard to do at all really...) Since the Chibiverse is a smattering of everything, it's about time Mint Space Cop met Curse of the Cute! Although, it seems Roak showed up instead of Mint. Poor Keyta, he makes her look even smaller.
